I was one for a year and a half a couple years ago but I didn’t do it properly then and I didn’t focus on my health. It’s only been a few days so far of restarting but I’m feeling good. :) Starting up a month long vegan challenge asap also! One of my friends from my program is gonna do it with me and we’re gonna go grocery shopping together all the time and go out to eat at vegan places when we get bored of our own cooking. I finally got my student ID so now I can start using the school gym and I’m trying to find some classes I can go to. September was all about easing into my new lifestyle in Toronto, adapting, and getting a feel for college. My workload isn’t too bad, I love it here and I’ve met so many awesome people already and I’m so excited about this year. Time to get healthy!

I’m gonna start posting in this again, I’ve been neglecting it majorlyyyy. I’ve been so busy though that I haven’t even had time to think about weight loss. I walk around all the time and at the end of the day the thought of going to the gym doesn’t even cross my mind. So, at least I’ve been keeping active! My intake could use a little bit of cleaning up but for the most part, I’ve really been sticking to it.
