Fat-free vanilla greek yogurt with fibre one cereal and hemp granola on top.
Two slices of whole grain toast w/ no butter.
Two sunny side up eggs.
Salad with 1/2 fat dressing and fruit on top.
Green smoothie- Spinach, kale, red leaf lettuce, mixed berries, POM pomegranate and blueberry juice, Vega powder, stevia, chia seeds and a banana.
I think I did pretty good today! I went rollerblading for an hour and a half today with my friend, it was a total of 6.8km and it was 86 outside- I felt like dying! But I’m glad I did it, myfitnesspal.com says I burned off 762 calories, so worth the sweat! I also cleaned for about an hour earlier and that burnt off another 181 cals! Feelin’ good today.

I don’t have any from my highest weight (177) or my starting weight (171) so I took some now as my starting weight for this blog! Right now, I’m 157-160, so now I can keep track of changes with pictures starting now :) Posting soon!
